- 1.) Written Examination: Candidates will be tested on relevant subject knowledge for 100 marks. A minimum of 33% marks is required to qualify.
- 2.) Counseling: Based on the written test marks, a merit list will be prepared. Qualified candidates will be called for counseling.
- 3.) Punjabi Language Test: All Group C candidates must pass a Punjabi language test at the Matric level with at least 50% marks. Failure to achieve 50% will result in disqualification.
- 4.) Final Merit: Prepared based on inter-se-merit of written test marks and experience, subject to Punjab Government reservation rules.
