State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Vice President (Wealth) – SRM on a contractual basis. This is a senior-level opportunity for experienced professionals in the banking and wealth management domain. A total of 506 vacancies are to be filled across multiple locations in India.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess an MBA or PGDM degree from a recognized university. Specialization in finance, marketing, banking, or banking & finance is preferred.
Experience:Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in wealth management or related fields.
Age Limit:26 to 42 years as on the date of notification. Upper age relaxation is applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
Salary & Benefits
The selected candidates will be offered a CTC of approximately ₹44.70 lakhs per annum. The exact compensation may be negotiated based on the candidate's experience and performance in the interview.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on the criteria set by the selection committee. Mere fulfillment of minimum eligibility does not guarantee an interview call.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (Personal/Telephonic/Video) carrying 100 marks.
- The final merit list will be prepared solely based on interview scores. In case of a tie, the older candidate will be given preference.
- CTC negotiation will take place individually after the interview stage.
