The University of Hyderabad (UOHYD), a central university of national importance, has announced a walk-in-interview for the position ofProject Scientist - IIunder a specific research project. This is a temporary, contractual appointment renewable based on project duration and individual performance.

Post Details

The position is for one Project Scientist - II with a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 67,000. The appointee will work under the guidance of the principal investigator and contribute to ongoing research activities in the relevant field.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have a Master's degree (MA/M.Sc) or M.Phil in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent disciplines from a recognized university. Prior research experience of at least 3 years is desirable.

Age Limit

The upper age limit for this position is 40 years. Relaxation for reserved categories will be as per government norms.

Selection Process

Terms and Conditions

The appointment is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. Selected candidates will not be entitled to any permanent employment benefits. They may be required to work on weekends or flexible hours as per project needs. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
