Uttar Pradesh Samajwadi Party Chief Minister Shri Akhilesh Yadav launched theFree Smart Mobile Phone Scheme 2017for the residents of Uttar Pradesh. Under this scheme, eligible candidates will receive a free smartphone. The online registration process has started from 10 October 2016 and will continue till 25 November 2016.

Application Fee

No fee is required for any category. The application is completely free.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
• Minimum educational qualification: High School (Class 10) passed.
• Family annual income must be less than 6 lakh rupees.
• Age: Minimum 18 years as on 01 January 2017. No maximum age limit.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can apply online by following the steps below:

1. Open the official apply online link.
2. Enter your basic details like name, father's name, date of birth, mobile number, district, etc.
3. Submit the form and you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number.
4. Login using the OTP and complete the application form.
5. Submit the final form and take a printout for future reference.
