Eligibility Criteria
- Civil:Candidates must have qualifications in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering (Structural), or Architectural Engineering.
- Computer Science:Candidates should have qualifications in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, or Information Science & Engineering.
- Electrical:Candidates should have qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Electronics & Power), Power System Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Also eligible: Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or Electronics & Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- Electronics:Candidates should have qualifications in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering. Also eligible: Satellite Communication, Micro Electronics & Microwave Engineering, Opto Electronics, or Optics & Opto Electronics Engineering.
- Mechanical:Candidates should have qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical (Mechatronics) Engineering, Mechanical & Automation Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Also eligible: Automobile Engineering, Automobile Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Production Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or Workshop Technology.
- Misc Engg Streams:Candidates with a degree in any of the following: Plastic Technology, Remote Sensing, Ballistics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Electronics, Food Technology, Agriculture Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Metallurgy & Material Technology, Metallurgy & Material Engineering, Metallurgical & Materials Science, Metallurgy and Explosives Engineering, Laser Technology, Biotechnology, Rubber Technology, Chemical Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Mining, Nuclear Technology, or Textile Engineering.
