The Uttar Pradesh Social Welfare Department has released the correction/edit form for the UP Post Matric and Dashmottar Scholarship for the academic session 2023-24. Students who have already registered but need to update or correct their details can now submit the correction form online.

Important Details

The correction form is for students of Class 11, Class 12, Undergraduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Ed, BBA, LLB, B.Tech, BCA, etc.), Postgraduate (MA, M.Sc, M.Com, M.Ed, M.Tech, LLM, etc.), Diploma, and Certificate courses including ITI. Candidates must ensure that they have all the required documents ready before making corrections.

How to Apply for Correction

• Visit the official portal:scholarship.up.gov.in
• Select the appropriate link for Intermediate (Class 11 & 12) or Other Than Intermediate (UG/PG/Diploma).
• Login with your registration number and password.
• Edit the fields as needed and submit the form.
• After successful submission, take a printout and hand it over to your institution within 3 days.

• Last qualifying exam mark sheet
• Caste certificate
• Income certificate
• Bank passbook
• Fee receipt number
• Annual non-refundable amount
• Enrollment number
• Aadhar card number
• Latest passport size photo

Important Points

No application fee is required for any category. Aadhar card is compulsory. For renewal candidates, use last year's registration number to login. The correction form is available until the scheduled last date. For more information, read the full notification on the official website.
