The Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Consultant on a contractual basis. There are 2 vacancies available, and the engagement is initially for a period of six months, subject to extension based on project requirements and individual performance.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree from a recognized university. The maximum age limit is 64 years. Experience of 5+ years in the relevant field is preferred.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000 per month.

Selection Process

The selection will be through a written test followed by an interview. Both rounds will be conducted on the same day at the walk-in venue.

How to Apply

Interested and eligible candidates must appear in person for the written test and interview on 5th January 2026. They should bring the application in the prescribed format (downloadable from the CCRAS website), two recent passport-size photographs, self-attested copies of all educational and experience certificates, and original documents for verification. Candidates employed elsewhere must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer. No online applications are accepted; only walk-in candidates will be considered.

Important:Candidates not willing to perform night duty should not apply. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
