Mumbai Port Authority (MPA) Junior Professional Interns (Electrical) Recruitment 2026

Mumbai Port Authority (MPA), a premier port under the Government of India, has announced an engagement opportunity for Junior Professional Interns (Electrical) on a contract basis. This is a great chance for diploma holders in Electrical Engineering to gain professional experience in a government port environment.

Overview

The engagement is purely temporary and contractual. Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000. The total number of vacancies is 5. Applications must be submitted offline through the drop box system.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (obtained after a course of not less than three years duration) from a recognized institution.

Age Limit:The maximum age is 35 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per MPA norms.

Stipend

Selected candidates will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 40,000.

How to Apply

Candidates need to fill the application form (as per the prescribed format – usually given in the official notification) and attach self-attested copies of all required documents. The envelope must be superscribed with “Application for engagement of Jr. Professional Interns (Electrical)(OPL Division) on contract basis”. Selection Process
