- DEO: Bachelor's Degree in Any Stream with Certificate/Diploma in Computer Application and typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.
- LDC: Bachelor's Degree, 10+2 with English/Hindi typing speed 30/25 WPM.
- Accountant: B.Com with 5 years experience.
- JHT: Master's Degree in Hindi/English or relevant with diploma/certificate in translation and experience.
- Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with 6 years experience.
