Minimum: 17.5 Years, Maximum: 21 Years (Born between 02/01/2004 to 02/07/2007)
Educational Qualification
Science Subjects:10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, English (50% aggregate and 50% in English) or 3-year Diploma in Engineering (50%) or 2-year Vocational course with Physics & Math (50%).
Other Subjects:10+2 with 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
Physical Standards
Height: Minimum 152.5 cms, Chest Expansion: 5 cms.
Benefits of Agniveer Scheme
Agniveers serve for 4 years with monthly package increasing from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 40,000 (in-hand Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 28,000). They get life insurance cover of Rs. 48 lakhs, 30 days annual leave, and skill certificate. After 4 years, they receive Rs. 11.71 lakh Seva Nidhi package, and up to 25% are enrolled in regular cadre.

Candidates can apply online between 17/01/2024 to 11/02/2024. Follow the steps: fill the form, upload photo & signature, pay fee, and print the application.

The age limit is 17.5 to 21 years as of the notification date.
Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% in English, or a 3-year Engineering Diploma with 50% marks.
The application fee is Rs. 550/- for all categories.
Phase II exam dates are as per schedule; admit card is available before the exam.
Selection is based on Phase I online exam, Phase II physical fitness test, medical examination, and document verification.
Monthly in-hand salary ranges from Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 28,000 during the 4-year tenure.
